I have extensive experience as a member of a variety of organizations:

1. In the public sector at technical and senior management levels
   

2. In the private information technology sector in technical, project and programme management roles and as group quality manager

   In the charitable sector
   

4. Consulting internationally on quality management
   

5. In 1997 I wrote a book on coaching - part of the Sharpening Your Team‘s Skills series published by McGraw-Hill.
   

My work

For many years I have had a particular interest in working with clients who have issues at or in connection with their work.  I supervise some in their work within organizations and have undertaken organizational consultancy, and facilitated organizational meetings.
